“We could not fault our 4 night stay here. The staff are so welcoming and despite it being a small hotel with only 7 rooms, it had so much character. The pool area is lovely and enjoyed the breakfast immensely (I will be thinking about the brioche buns for a very long time). It's off the beaten track, so a car is essential, but would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!”

“Probably one of the most beautiful , most comfortable hotels I've ever been to. Only about five or six rooms, But exceptionally warm, welcoming with incredibly good food. Our room number 7 had a phenomenal terrace. The countryside is quite gorgeous around the hotel, the pool is beautiful. All the products used for breakfast or lunch or dinner are of exceptionally good quality. The presentation and taste of the food is close to the level of a Michelin starred restaurant. Just a spectacular stay! Thanks”

“An oasis of serenity and tranquility nestled amidst vast olive and lemon orchards. From the moment one arrives, the hotel radiates peace and understated elegance. Every detail of the design has been thoughtfully conceived — from the beautiful furniture, harmonious colors, and subtle lighting to the lush gardens and inviting infinity pool area. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the warmth and kindness of the people who run it. The staff, and especially the owners, engage with guests in a manner that is genuinely personable, attentive, and heartfelt, creating an atmosphere that feels both refined and deeply welcoming. The cuisine is outstanding: original Sicilian dishes prepared with creativity, authenticity, and evident care. Each meal was memorable. The rooms are impeccably clean, generously proportioned, and many feature large terraces that enhance the sense of calm and openness. We have traveled a great deal and Battimandorlo is truly one of the best hotels where we have ever stayed.”

“The setting is gorgeous. The building beautifully designed and appointed. The staff, from the woman who greeted us upon arrival, to the incredibly gifted chef and his staff, to the owners, were helpful, attentive and all reflected the warm, peaceful aesthetic of this wonderful place. The breakfast was the best I have ever had which lead us to try the dining room for dinner and sure enough we had one of the most memorable culinary experiences of our lives. The atmosphere, the service and most of all the food was sublime. It wasn't just the best meal we have ever had in Italy, it was better than most of the Michelin starred restaurant dining experiences we have had around the world. If you are not fortunate enough to stay here, then you should at least go out your way to eat here.”

“Battimandorlo was our favorite place we have ever stayed! The grounds are peaceful, romantic, and charming, becoming even more beautiful at night. The pool is gorgeous. The breakfast (and all other food!) is prepared with care and creativity, but without abandoning the Sicilian classics. The location is tucked away but easily accessible to nearby towns and sightseeing. And the staff bring everything to the next level. Marica, Naomi, Sofia, and Catalina — you were such an important part of our stay! Your warmth, great recommendations, and impeccable service are unmatched! We miss you already!”

“Battimandorlo is the perfect escape for those who love delicious food, beautiful interior design and warm customer Service. Relaxed luxury at its best, everything felt considered (borrowable sun hats, breakfast box for departure day, room nibbles) but offered in a relaxed way. We enjoyed walks through the olive trees, delicious breakfasts overlooking the hills and cooling strokes through the blissful pool.”
